Breadmaker Banana Pecan Bread

1½ cups (6 ounce) all-purpose flour
⅔ cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 extra large eggs; lightly beaten
¼ cup dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Add when beep sounds:
⅔ cups mashed banana
⅓ cup Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces; finely chopped

1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select Raisin Bread cycle, adding mashed bananas and pecans at beep.
3. Use Medium or Light crust color.
4. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

Makes a 1½ pound loaf

Breadmaker Lemony Apricot Pecan Bread

⅔ cups canned apricots*
1 tablespoon water
½ teaspoon Wonderslim
¾ teaspoons sea salt
2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons brown sugar; firmly packed
1½ teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
1½ teaspoons active dry yeast

Add when beep sounds:
⅓ cups Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces

1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select Raisin Bread cycle, adding pecans at beep.
3. Use Medium or Light crust color.
4. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

Makes a 1 pound loaf

Note: Can use canned pears or peaches also.

Breadmaker Lemony Pear Pecan Bread

1 cup canned pears; drained*
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon unsalted butter or margarine
1 teaspoon sea salt
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar; firmly packed
2 teaspoons lemon peel; finely shredded
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Add when beep sounds:
½ cup Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces; toasted

1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select Raisin Bread cycle, adding pecans at beep.
3. Use Medium or Light crust color.
4. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

Makes a 1½ pound loaf

Note: Can use strained peach or apricot baby food also.

Breadmaker Maraschino Pecan Bread with Pecans

1⅛ cups water
3 cups all-purpose flour
1½ tablespoons nonfat dry milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1¼ teaspoons sea salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
¼ cup raisins
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
3 teaspoons yeast

Add when beep sounds:
¼ cup red and green whole maraschino cherries*
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces

1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select Raisin Bread cycle, adding cherries, sunflower seeds and pecans at beep.
3. Use Medium or Light crust color.
4. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack

Makes a 1½ pound loaf

Note: Drain cherries well on a paper towel; add whole for best appearance.

Breadmaker Oatmeal Pecan Loaf

1 cup water
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
3 cups Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour
½ cup old fashioned oats
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons dry milk
1¼ teaspoons sea salt
1½ teaspoons Fleischmann’s Bread Machine Yeast

Add when beep sounds:
½ cup Pecan Valley Pecan Halves

1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select Raisin Bread cycle, adding pecans at beep.
3. Use Medium or Light crust color.
4. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack

Makes a 1½ pound loaf

Breadmaker Pecan & Red Onion Bread

1 package yeast
3 cups breads flour
1½ teaspoons granulated sugar
1½ teaspoons sea salt
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon warm milk
¼ cup unsalted butter

Add when beep sounds:
½ cup chopped fresh red onion
¾ cups Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces

1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select Raisin Bread cycle, adding onion and pecans at beep.
3. Use Medium or Light crust color.
4. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack

Makes a 1½ pound loaf

Note: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.

Breadmaker Pecan Bread

1 package yeast
3¼ cups whole wheat flour
1½ cups milk
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon corn oil

Add when beep sounds:
1 cup Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces; toasted

1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select Raisin Bread cycle, adding pecans at beep.
3. Use Medium or Light crust color.
4. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack

Makes a 1½ pound loaf

Breadmaker Pumpkin-Pecan Spice Bread

3 cups bread flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
1½ tablespoons unsalted butter; room temperature
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 large egg
½ cup milk
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup canned pumpkin
⅓ cup granulated sugar
2½ teaspoons active dry yeast

Add when beep sounds:
½ cup Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces

Breadmaker Sweet Potato Pecan Bread

2¼ teaspoons yeast
3 cups bread flour
4 tablespoons rolled oats
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1½ teaspoons sea salt
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar; firmly packed
3 tablespoons powdered milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
¾ cups sweet potatoes; cooked and mashed
¾ cups water

Add when beep sounds:
3 tablespoons dark raisins
⅓ cup Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces
